Who we are
Arealab is a floor plan design tool operated from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@arealab.ai.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, an optional referral source captured from the link you arrived through (a ref or utm_source parameter), and timestamps for your signup, confirmation, and any unsubscribe. The site runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely.
Why we collect it
Solely to send you early-access updates about Arealab. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the service providers listed below.
How consent works
You opt in by joining the waitlist and confirming through the link we email you (double opt-in). Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all email from us immediately.
Where your data lives
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the waitlist: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting and DNS). Your data is processed by these providers only to operate the service described here.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed signups are deleted after about 30 days. Confirmed signups are kept until early-access communications conclude or you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we retain only a minimal record of your address so we can honour that request and avoid emailing you again.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@arealab.ai and we'll respond promptly.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised version here.
